I liked the addition of buildables into the game, instead of the instant "purchase and it's finished". However, I very much disliked that you had no idea what the final build was going to cost you. I have had houses built for me, and I know the final price before starting work. You don't just hire a builder without any idea what it's going to cost. So now you can see below what it will cost. If you can supply some of the materials for free, go to the bottom and unclick the 'purchase' for that material. For example, if you own a sawmill, unclick boards, planks, prefab walls, and woodbeams. The total building cost will adjust accordingly.

While the house prices are a little high (in my opinion), the real problem comes with the garages. $336,000 for a two car garage? $508,000 for a 4 car garage? That is insane. Somebody at Giants did not know what they were doing!
